Spiced Roasted Cashews
Nuts and seeds are great all-natural snacks that you can enjoy anytime on a Mediterranean diet. Roasting your own cashews allows you to use your own favorite seasoning blend for a healthy and personalized snack whenever you want it.
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
- In a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients together until well coated.
- Pour the cashews into the air fryer basket and roast them for 5 minutes. Shake the basket, then cook for 5 minutes more.
- Serve immediately.
