Sea Salt Beet Chips
If you're looking for a healthy alternative to potato chips, these beet chips are a fantastic option. They are crispy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make. This simple plant-based recipe is perfect as a standalone snack or can be a colourful addition to any appetizer plate.
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 330°F.
- Using a mandoline or sharp knife, slice the beetroots into very thin rounds.
- Place the slices into a medium bowl and toss them with the olive oil until they are well coated.
- Pour the beetroot slices into the air fryer basket and spread them out into an even layer.
- Roast for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through the cook time.
- Toss the finished beet chips with sea salt.
