Parmesan and Herb Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are a tasty alternative to traditional potatoes. They are not only filling and nutritious but have more fiber and less starch than a white potato. Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with the olive oil, rosemary, and salt.
  3. Pour the potatoes into the air fryer basket and roast for 10 minutes, then stir the potatoes and sprinkle the Parmesan over the top. Continue roasting for 8 minutes more.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
