Parmesan and Herb Sweet Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with the olive oil, rosemary, and salt.
- Pour the potatoes into the air fryer basket and roast for 10 minutes, then stir the potatoes and sprinkle the Parmesan over the top. Continue roasting for 8 minutes more.
