Dark Chocolate and Cranberry Granola Bars

Homemade granola bars are a perfect snack that is sweetened with honey, loaded with bits of dark chocolate, and dotted with naturally sweet cranberries for the perfect snack on the go.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F. Line an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with parchment paper that comes up the side so you can lift it out after cooking.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined.
  3. Press the oat mixture into the pan in an even layer.
  4. Place the pan into the air fryer basket and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from the air fryer, and lift the granola cake out of the pan using the edges of the parchment paper.
  6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 6 equal bars.
  7. Serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap and store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
VARIATION TIP:

Mix in additional nuts, seeds, or dried fruits into the oat mixture to add variety.
