Balsamic-Garlic Shrimp

Garlic shrimp is delicious and always a hit, and this recipe with balsamic vinegar and olive oil takes it to the next level. A perfect recipe for a busy evening, this is on the table in under 20 minutes from start to finish! Serve with crusty toasted bread for dipping in the sauce.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, balsamic, cayenne, and salt.
  3. Divide the tomatoes and olives among four small ramekins. Then divide shrimp among the ramekins, and pour a quarter of the oil mixture over the shrimp.
  4. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
