Balsamic-Garlic Shrimp
Garlic shrimp is delicious and always a hit, and this recipe with balsamic vinegar and olive oil takes it to the next level. A perfect recipe for a busy evening, this is on the table in under 20 minutes from start to finish! Serve with crusty toasted bread for dipping in the sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, balsamic, cayenne, and salt.
- Divide the tomatoes and olives among four small ramekins. Then divide shrimp among the ramekins, and pour a quarter of the oil mixture over the shrimp.
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
