Baked Salmon with Tomatoes and Olives
This recipe has it all: salty olives, healthy fats, herbaceous dill, and the warmth of cayenne, all balanced by juicy, sweet fresh tomato. Not to mention, it takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. Make this on a weeknight when the time to cook is limited or wow your friends with it at a weekend dinner party. Serve it with a simple salad or rice pilaf to round out the meal.
